I am on a healing path which involves avoiding as many chemicals as possible.
This includes chemicals in personal care products, cleaning and laundry products, food, water, air, medications, paper products and much more.
My health has improved vastly since doing this - as has the health of any of my friends and family who have decided to take a similar path.
What are your reasons for making the shift to a less toxic lifestyle?
I began being sensitive to chemicals in my early 20's - getting sick, migraines, fatigue, breathing trouble etc when exposed.
Over the years, the list of things I reacted to grew longer and longer until in 2004 I developed full blown Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS).
I have been mostly housebound since then but am on a slow and steady road to healing through avoidance of chemicals, use of supplements and various 'energy healing' practices.
I'd Consider Myself a ____________ when it comes to creating a less toxic home.
Expert and you can ask me about anything
